Non-Commission Policy

Each artwork created by Bruno Chwalensky emerges from an emotional and intuitive process, guided by personal experiences, faith, and moments of genuine inspiration.
For this reason, all creations are entirely original and do not follow external requests regarding theme, color, format, or style.
 

The art presented here is the result of authentic expression, not of commissioned work.
Bruno Chwalensky Art does not produce custom pieces, specific reproductions, or adaptations based on individual preferences.
 

This principle exists to preserve the creative freedom and emotional integrity of each painting — allowing the observer to connect with the original meaning of the work, rather than with a projected intention.
Collectors and admirers are welcome to acquire artworks available in existing collections or follow future series that express new stages of the artist's journey.
Acquiring a piece is an invitation to experience a true emotional fragment, created in the very moment it needed to exist — not in the moment it was requested.

Order Acceptance

Your order becomes binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by Bruno Chwalensky Art, subject to your cancellation rights (see Cancellations and Returns).
 

It is your responsibility to ensure all order details are correct and that the selected artworks meet your expectations and fit appropriately within your space (dimensions, product characteristics, delivery access). Please review carefully before completing your purchase.
 

Prices and Payment

Prices are accurate at the time of publication. In case of a pricing error, either party may cancel the order.

All artworks must be paid in full before shipping. Deposits for reserved works are non-refundable.

Bruno Chwalensky Art reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice before purchase confirmation.

All transactions are securely processed through Stripe, or direct bank transfer.
 

Delivery and Shipping

Artworks are shipped worldwide and carefully packed to ensure safe transport.

Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and calculated at checkout or during quotation.

Processing time: 3–5 business days.

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days (depending on destination).

Tracking information is provided once the order is dispatched.
 

International Orders

Import taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Bruno Chwalensky Art is not responsible for delays or additional costs due to customs inspections.
 

Cancellations and Returns

Orders may be canceled or modified within 48 hours of purchase.

After 48 hours, modifications may incur costs already incurred for preparing the artwork.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the artwork is in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

In the rare case of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, contact contatobsrc@gmail.com
within 30 days with photos of the item and packaging. Return shipping costs will be covered, and the artwork will be repaired or replaced.
